Seriously in less than 6 months i have had to mourn two of my phones, i wouldn't say it is carelessness on my part but that the world has got less heroes.
The first one was a Samsung Corby it was stolen right in my hostel; i was washing and had gone in to get something by the time i got back it was gone. I tried calling several times but no one picked, sometime later someone called back telling me to give him my unlock code and after that he would return the phone back to me ( gosh i felt like what kind of inexperienced illiterate thief was he?), didn't do that anyway. the next day i went to block and retrieve my sim card.
Anyway enough about that the second one my Nokia E63 business phone was stolen in a taxi. After i got down from the taxi, i just realized that my phone had slipped when i tried to get money to pay the taxi driver. At that time the taxi driver had sped off, then i waited for him to come back to the taxi station because i knew the route he plied. he came back in less than 30 minutes, i asked him and the people he drove in the car but they denied seeing it. i couldn't accuse anybody because it could have being one or more of five people and i didn't want to go accusing the wrong people and let it slide believing that probably the person needed the money so badly that he/she was willing to STEAL.
Now am 'phoneless' yet again and in need of an new one and am thinking on how much i should spend on a new one since it might get stolen again, i have thought of getting a cheap one but it wouldn't meet my phone needs. I am kind of in a phone dilemma.
So what is the moral lesson, i know you would say that i should be more careful next time but you know i wouldn't agree to that i believe it should be THE WORLD NEEDS MORE HEROES, people who would not steal phones or find lost phones and return it to the owner, but it seems am in a world since there is always good and bad.

I Need a Samsung Galaxy S II
I need this phone like really badly, It's so cool and lepaish ( i mean slim). It's also an android, to me blackberry phones have become so common that it now irritates me. Anyway, i would be happy if someone could give me the blackberry as a birthday present; i would just try and make do with that.
Androids are the in thing now ( the ish). This phone comes with 2 Cameras seriously, (8MP AF with LED Flash + 2MP Front); when i saw the specifications it was like it just had everything.
You can check it out @ Samsung S II.
This is the kind of birthday present i want Slim, nice and unique just like me. I found out that it costs less than $960 which is very good compared to what it has to offer.
